Job Description :

Lead team of 3-6 software engineers to extend enterprise software following established standards and procedures
Focus on using base system capabilities first and only enhance if required, not first option
Ensure applications are monitored, stable, and perform to the business requirements
Work with other Software Managers and Technical Director to provide accurate resource / team capabilities to BT Functional teams for release planning
Track technical activities of team members and designated consultants to verify on budget and timeline while meeting quality standards
Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills to their full potential

Job Requirement :

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years leadership experience with systems development projects.
Experience managing large development teams preferred.
Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and related Oracle technologies
Extensive experience with structured systems development methodologies
Ability to learn new tools and technologies through formal training as well as self-teaching
Ability to direct activities of others on the team
Ability to develop and mentor technical associates
Ability to build and maintain customer credibility
Be sought out for advice
Be respected for technical knowledge
Manage expectations of customers
Ability to direct many activities at once
Keep 2-5 projects moving forward
Proactively anticipate issues, implement solutions
Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.

Must Have :

	Oracle eBusiness suite is a Plus-not a requirement
	Oracle or ecommerce
	Managed people, not just projects
